WinCC Report

I have to prepare reporting system in WinCC 7.3, and I have a question is it possible to start tag logging of some values in PLC at a certain time, for example when a measuring is active and save those values that I could have access to them not by selecting start/end time but for instance by the name of a file, in other when is it possible to record values and make a dynamic trend so I can display values for certain measurement selecting it from the drop-down list, another question is it possible to prepare a field on the runtime screen to enter a text which will be display in report (of course it also have to be dynamic because the text length can be different)?

to start tag logging of some values in PLC at a certain time, you can configure
your archivetags "Acyclic" and  "Event-controlled", and control this by a Tag 
from the PLC, see FAQ

but how can I sort separate measurements to display it on a trend, I will also have to calculate a average value for each measurement and I have no idea how to do this.

to prepare a field on the runtime screen to enter a text which will be display 
in report, you can create an interal tag, of type text, and put in your text
via I/O-Field in Runtime.
You can add this tag to your layout for printing it in the Report.

But text can have more than one line and if a press enter in a I/O Field a accept the value, but not jump to next line.

do you know a sample project with the report creation, but with dynamic report, so that operate can enable/disable some parts, adds comments before printing and selects for which measurement he wants to create report?

What do you mean with "sort separate measurements to display it on a trend" ? 
The values of a tag, are sorted by the timestamp.
Or do you mean to sort different tags ?

I have to make a measurement and during this time archive some values, the measurements can last about 4 hours, I have to somehow save the name of this measurement (for example M_1) because operator would like to have possibility to choose on HMI one of the measurements done in the past and display it on a trend (for example measurement M_1,M_2) what are the possibilities to do this, I think that I can use taglogging for archiving values and only save in database name of each measurement, time when it start and stop, but I not familiar with database handle in WinCC (how to create a base, write/read/delete some values) do you know any examples or maybe you know simpler way to do this.
