I don't know how to manage the ID column that is created in automatic from UserArchive Editor; this column can not be set NULL and must be unique...

Otherwise the redundance mechamisen isn't work. Generall yis the better solution to using the C user Archive function. I know it is much more complicate and not so fast, but the best solution. Possible that the WinCC tool "script Connector" is helpful for your task. It allows to using C-Funktions in VBS scripts. http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/de/17544346 Michel
