MM1234 Posts: 270 Rating: (53)	Hello saeedplc, so basicaly if I understand it right, you over 40 minutes period of time you want to switch which input is on, 2x 5 minutes none is on and 2x 15 minutes one of them is on as it is suggested in the following diagram? I 0.0 1----------------0\____________________ I 0.1 0_______________1/----------------0\____ T (min)1.....5.....10.....15.....20.....25....30.....35.....40 If that is your desire, you can simply do this using a cyclic break that is long1 minute (that is 60 000 ms) by using OB35. In OB35 you will simply use one variable(let's name it time_val)for purpose of counting. At first start time_val will be 0 (you gotta either set it through DB if you wan't to persist that value or use some sort of outside initialization at start of the program, perhaps using OB100-102 i think). What will OB35 do is firstlyto check, if time_val is not 40 or higher and if it is, it will set it to 1. Then, if it is in range 1-15, it will set I 0.0, if it's 16-20, it will reset I 0.0 and same goes for I 0.1, just different ranges. One thing I am not sure, if the OB35 gets called right away when you start the PLC, so you might have to adjust the actual values to 39, 0-14, 15-19 etc. in case it doesn't. Also, why 60 000 ms, well 99999 ms is the roof and you need something that is as big as possible and can divide 5 minutes (hard with 1.5 minutes aka 90 000) and also for simplification of the counter, it is very handy that it actualy is integer from 0(1) to 39(40), rather than counting it by 75 000 ms aka 1.25 minute). Hope this helps you, if not exactly to solve the thing then to inspire you to some solution of your own.
