Wrong value in AR1

L 100 T #tag1 L 200 +AR1 = #temp AR1 get 200(decimal) but in the picture AR1 25.0.... how can i calculate 25.0....? it is so confusing.. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from How to create a new thread?. In case of having byte number , you can multiply it by 8 or use SLD 3. STEP 7 accepts P#25.0 as a constant 32 bit variable. I hope it helps, hdhosseini

So you can find in attached image a screenshot from documentation which describe pointer format. Then you can use calculator to understand how to find pointer address.
