Field PG M4 Communication problem with S7-200 any CPU

Hello Experts, 

I can not go onlione to any S7-200 CPU's by Field PG M4

Error is attached.

I don't see even CP5711.PPI on the list but on Field PG M3 there is CP5611.PPI.

I use PC-PPI cable and is working with the same setting on the other Field PG just not this one!!!

Any CPU I attach to cable show the same error with Unknown Address but show right message on other PG!!!

Also I Reinstall the software but no luck!!!

sry can you pls post exactly what internal card you have (CP5611/CP5711)? Nevermind your local station address should be 0, not 2 because PLC addresses are expected in range from 2..31 in this case. Give info.

Field PG M4 has CP5711 and Field PG M3 has CP5611.

Mine as I said is Field PG M4 with CP5711 and yes you right it should be 0 not 2 but that wasn't the problem and still have the same problem.

I was going online before but don't know what happend after that!!!

I managed to use one of the Expert sugestion and set it to Profibus and select Standard and going Online again but by using MPI-DP cable.

But couldn't understand why Profibus and not PPI or Serial Cable anymore, in the past I was going online with Serial Cable cable with the same Field PG M4!!!!

Is working and OK but couldn't see any logics for it.

but you're using CP5711 maybe. With CP5711 you can use only MPI or DP profile, also only with S7-200, therefore I was asking you what you want use in my previous post. If you had answer my question, i recommend to you simply only DP Standard profile, simply there's no other selection with CP5711. But ok that you're working, if you have time, look at old posts in S7-200 conference, there are some my posts where CP5711 connection with S7-200 is made only via DP profile :)

Update: nevermind, if your PPI profile on other CP not working correctly, only DP profile you can use with S7-200.

This is the communication setting for Field PG M4 to communicate with S7-200 CPU224 and CPU226

It doesn't work with CPU214 and CPU222 (These are the ones I tested and didn't work)

This is when I tried Serial cable

I used Serial Cable on this Field PG M4 before but the next day didn't work and made me confused but finally I managed to communicate with some of the CPU22x.
