Regional formatting of IO Field input for time/date tags

I am using TIA V17, WinCC Unified PC and S7-1500 PLC.

In a WinCC Unified application I insert an IO field in a screen and connect it to a date/time based tag (for example of type Date_and_time). Initially, the date and time displayed is in english format. When adding multiple languages to the application, the output of the field will adhere to the formatting rules for date and time for the selected language. So far so good.

Clicking on the IO field will bring up a standardized dialog box for setting a new date and time. This dialog seems to be fixed at english standards, independently of the selected language:
- Headings are in English. Have not found a way to translate these.
- Date selection: All texts are abbreviations of English month names, etc. Week starts on sunday.
- Time selection: Only 12h clock with AM/PM is possible.

Is there a way to change this?

I test the box on my system but the box changes the heading text and the time format depending from the selected language.

I did some more testing and the texts and formats in the input dialogs do indeed change when switching to languages "German (Germany)" and "Spanish (Spain)".

This is not the case for "Norwegian, Bokmal (Norway)", which keeps the EN-US formats and texts.

I suspect that the input dialogs have been translated to the standard TIA user interface languages (en-us, German, French, Spanish, Italian, etc.)

I noted that when changing runtime languate to German or Spanish, the week numbers and first day of week were still according to en-US rules. Bug?

Any fix in latest version 17.0.0.1? Or is this something to be fixed?

Seems to be the same bugs in V18.0.0.0:

- Date and time input dialogs are not correctly formatted according to selected language. Example: Norway/Norwegian shows 12-hour clock with AM/PM (which is totally incomprehensible for a Norwegian).
- First day of week is always Sunday (independent of country/language).
- First week of year is always the week with Jan. 1 (independent of country/language).
