Siemen HMI

Dear Sir,

Currently my Siemens HMI was damage and I have done back up the HMI setting and restore the setting to new HMI through the pendrive. It is successful restore but after restart the HMI, it show 'please wait until Runtime has been terminated'.

I have wait almost half an hour but still the same, anyone could help me about this issue?

What's is Pendrive?

Try to take backup using Prosave and restore it on the new panel (with same part number) using Prosave as well.

Do you have the configuration project of the old panel?

like Ayman said the new and old panel have the same part number? Send to us the part number of the new, the old is on the attachment.

I dont have SD card. Yes, it is a USB stick. By using USB stick, I am successfully restore, just dont know why it unable to start, it prompt out "RUN time error'.

Please check the attachment for the new HMI information.

Ok the panel are the same,

To backup the panel have you followed the procedure below descripted?  

How do you backup/restore with a Windows-based panel? - ID ...

Or how did you do?

Dear Sir,

I just simply insert my Pendrive to the panel and select the restore function in the panel and it start restore. This may not be a correct restore way, I will try it again later.

If I have a machine with the panel model TP170B MONO (attachment file), I dont have any backup of this panel and now the panel was damage, unable to backup. So if my another machine with the panel model TP177B DP-6 MSTN( as in early attachment file) is totally same function, can I direct replace the damage panel with the working panel? (Both machines are same function characteristic)

Hello,

Because the program (picture, push button, etc...) are resident on the TP/OP

Yes you have to order the same type of panel with exactly the same order number
