Starter: cannot install the latest version 5.4, because PG has Win7.

Anybody any answer here? I have the same problem. Accidentally deleted Starter 5.1, I dont have the installation file and now I can not install the latest version 5.4, because my PG has Win7. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
