Unable to backup from TP270 10'' & TP277 6''

Hello Experts:

I'm using winCC flexible SP3 on windows 7 and trying to upload the backup from both TP270 and TP277 using prosave but i'm unable to do so , have tried all the tips provided on this forum and internet but failed.

I'm using PC-Adapter (MPI to USB ) for this and setting the address in System as ''0'' and the device address is  20 (TP270) & 2(TP277)

Also I don't have the original wincc file of the project but i need to edit few tags and add some in the same project, Is there any way to upload the project file rather than the image file, or is there any way to de-compile the image file and edit it as per requirement ???

One more thing, the TP270's control panel (on the startup) is password protected and i've tried "100" and other common combinations but it says its incorrect.. what to do ?
