ChristophD Grandmaster Joined: 5/12/2006 Last visit: 11/5/2024 Posts: 22431 Rating: (3029)	Hello, which adapter you have? provide the ordernumber or a screen of the adapter. is that a origin Siemens adapter or a fake from china? In you screen you see that no data can be read from the adapter! Check that the powersupply is correct, this old adapter need power from the mpi interface to work, only usb is not enough! ChristophD Grandmaster Joined: 5/12/2006 Last visit: 11/5/2024 Posts: 22431 Rating: (3029)	Hello, connect the Adapter with the MPI Cable to a PLC or MPI interface which have POWER support connect the USB to the PC -> Adapter should be installed open set PG/PC Interface and checl that the Adapter is correct working start the Update program (On win7 try with the option "Run as Administrator") update the FW Regards Christoph
