adjusting size of screen

Monitor which will be used for runtime aplication have resolution 1366x768 (18,5"). I make aplication on my PC (laptop, 15") with resolution 1366x768. I tried to adjust but some object is outsize od screens. In runtime settings there is no resolution 166x768. Can someone explane me how that adjustments operate, because I tried to found out from manual but....
