I have a customer that purchased a second field PG with Vista operating system, they wish to move to XP. Any ideas how I go about doing this? Thanks in advance. Don |

Hi Don, ideally, go to www.microsoft.com and type in your request, you will note there are many other users who have asked this very question. Another site detailing the downgrade isMyDigitalLife Ultimately, you need and installation disc for WinXP, you install it using the key supplied with WinXP, and then choose the phone registration route, and you inform the MS operator that you wish to downgrade your Vista package to XP (Obviously you will need the Vista Key) Note, this does not apply if you have Vista Home (Basic or Premium)!!
