IPC for general useage

Hi guys

As per my knowledge IPC are a normal PC with industrial hardware so we can used them for any purpose

Am I right?

If yes, is their are an certificate or letter?

Question 1: what do you mean by "general usage"?

Do you mean using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel...

Do you mean exchanging data over email, ftp, http...

Do you men development of C# or Java applications?

Do you mean using VM software?

Whatever is supported by the OS you install on the IPC can of course be used on the computer. Meanwhile, the IPC is designed with particular taks in mind:

Question 2: What kind of certificate are you hoping for?

Say life is (very) good to you, and you are the happy owner of a Ferrari F8 Tributo, a car designed for high-speed travel. Would you request a certificate from Ferrari that would allow you to do your shopping or bring the kids to school with that vehicle? Note that you could only bring one kid to school at a time with such a specialized car.
