My trial version of Startdrive advanced V16 was marked red in the automation licence manager as it was expired. 

I accidently removed it from the manager.

Is it possible to get the trial licence extended, or how do i purchase (it is for school / test purposes) and get an active license back?

TRIAL licenses are usually 21 days, after this time, as you indicate, they expire and can no longer be used.

To reinstall a TRIAL license I think you have to do it with a different account to have another 21 days or I don't know if it's on PC.

If not, I think you should acquire a full license because I don't know if there is a temporary license for this software.
