upload as a new station a safety et200 CPU 1510SP F-1 PN

I have a problem and hope you can help me. I'm trying to upload as a new station a  safety et200 CPU 1510SP F-1 PN but I can´t. 

The error says:

Online upload is not supported.

The consistent fail-safe upload is not enabled for the online device. Either the online device doesn't support fail-safe upload or the appropriate setting in the safety administration editor is not active and downloaded.

Can you help? what shlould I do to upload the project if i don't have the offline project?

You need to contact the OEM or original developer that loaded the PLC last for the offline project. If they want you to pay for it, pay for it.  Otherwise, you will not be able to do what you want.

Question: Exists a method to upload the program from CPU 1500 if this condition is not present?:

S7-1500 safety program was configured with "Enable consistent upload from the F-CPU" = Set (Safety Administration -> Settings -> Advanced Settings)

However, if you have an F-CPU, you must keep in mind that if you did not activate the "Enable consistent upload from the F-CPU" option when originally downloading the project, then the Upload will not be possible.
