Hi, 

as you can see here, the FS:07 has Industrial OS pre-installed on the eMMc. 

You either follow this documentation to setup the Industrial OS or press and hold the USER button while powering on the device to skip the eMMc and boot from your SD card with Example Image - if you want to boot from SD by default, change the boot order.
