Hello, I have an IOT2050 Basics, it has a 3G modem. It works well and gets a connection with the Movistar company. In the final project it must work with a SIM from the KPM Mobile company. The IOT does not get the connection with the company, on the personal mobile it does connect. I have changed the APN to different options that I see on the internet (portalmmm.nl, internet, KPN4G.nl + User, Pass, PIN: empty), but none of them work. It is not clear to me if the problem is really the APN configuration or if the card does not work with the 3G modem. I am attaching the syslog so that it can be analyzed. I was thinking, could it be that I have to enable roaming on the 3g modem? How is it done? Thanks Attachmentsyslog.zip (355 Downloads) |

Hello apastore, Thanks for answering. I am attaching a picture of the modem configuration with KPN comparing with Movistar which works correctly. The SIM card works correctly with a Spanish mobile, and roaming is activated on the mobile, therefore, I have the company's line signal (I attach image) The APN options I used are: -( APN: internet Username: Not established Password: Not established ) -( APN: portalmmm.nl Username: Not established Password: Not established ) -( APN: KPN4G.nl Username: Not established Password: Not established ) Could it be that in the modem settings I have to activate roaming? How is it done? Best regards, Edu Attachment1.zip (372 Downloads) |
