I'm trying to do the following in my program, if you could help me out i'd appreciate it!

1. External Temperature Sensor (RTD - PT100) Analog Input

2. Logo! reads external temperature and sets value to engineering units

3. Depending on the value of the external temperature, i want the output to vary in accordance with the outside temperature.

• AI Input (T)                Analog Output
• T<10 Degrees           AQ=10% 
•  10<T<15                   AQ=30% 
•  15<T<20                   AQ=50% 
•  20<T<25                   AQ=80% 
•  25<T                         AQ=95%

In attachment a possible solution.
Since you did not write, whether you have the PT100 on an AM2 RTD module or an external transmitter, I decided for an external transmitter with a 0-10V output.
You also did not write anything about the measuring range, so I chose the range 0-100 °C.
But you can change it. If you can not make it alone, then post.

I'm using a RTD for the PT100, would that change very much? Measurement range is -50 to +180.

The address of the analog input of an analog input expansion module depends on how many AIs are enabled on the base module.
By default, 2 AIs are enabled on the base module.
Is your AM2 RTD the first (or only) analog input expansion module?
Do you need analog inputs on the base module?

 Currently i have following i/o configured.

I'm using two AM2 RTD, one AMO, and one 8 relay output module.

I do plan on using AI1 and AI2 for a sensor 0-10V.

My temperature sensors i've set to use the AM2 RTD modules.

The AM2 RTD has a fixed measuring range. The range goes from -50 to 200 °C.
I have adapted the analog amplifier and changed the AI1 in AI 5.
