Compare 2 same blocks, but they are different

ppsnkip Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Hi everyone. I have a pump station with S7-300 PLC and TIA v12 for work with it. I did'n see people, who created the project for pump station. They sent me last project file. The customer wants to change the algorythm of work of the pump. I open the project, go online with PLC. And I see that offline and online project are different. I find block (FC) for pumps, do detail comparison for this block. Blocks are identical. Tags have the same adressing. Online project's tags haven't symbol names (I know that for S7-300 it is a normal), but offline project's tags have. And that's why TIA shows that blocks are different. It's strange. Is it possible to compare blocks without taking symbolic names? And maybe I don't understand something? P.S. Sorry for my english. It's not my native language. Attachment Image.jpg (710 Downloads)

ppsnkip Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	It's strange. I downloaded attached image and read it nice. Or you can zoom it in browser. It's fine too. Short description of the image:there are 3 relay contacts. Two of them - is a group with paralell connection. And 3rd (NC-contact) contact connect with them in series. Contacts have symbol names: Offline project: 1) "DI06".VAL[20]; 2) "DI06".VAL[21]; 3) "DI06".VAL[20]. Online project: 1) "DB106".Static_4[20]; 2) "DB106".Static_4[21]; 3) "DB106".Static_4[20]. But them absolute adress: Offline project: 1) %DB106.DBX18.3; 2) %DB106.DBX18.4; 3) %DB106.DBX18.3. Online project: 1) %DB106.DBX18.3; 2) %DB106.DBX18.4; 3) %DB106.DBX18.3. EQUAL!!! Why TIA shows that networks (therefore blocks) are different?

There was no proper code-comparison that excludes the time-stamps. This was implemented in later versions. regards,

ppsnkip Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	My FC has 15 networks. And TIA shows differences in 2-14 networks. Networks 1,15 are marked as identical. I thought that TIA compare every network in block. Was I wrong? Is it possible to compare blocks with other way? Maybe in v13 of TIA? Manual comparison by myself - high risk to do a mistake.
