A tank must be filled with two different liquids: about 70% of the first liquid that is pumped and 30% of the second, flowing through the opening of a solenoid valve.
On both pipes there is a flow meter that emits a number of pulses proportional to the flow.
Is it possible with the Logo! to control the solenoid valve of the second liquid to add automatically the required amount?

Yes, that is possible. You have to divide the total amount in the logo indicated according to the percentages and then do with the associated meter comparison.

The programs I have all use pulses from flow meters but I had to settle for slightly less accurate measurements due to the Logo maths constraints.

I have to mix distilled water coming from a vacuum evaporators with well water to obtain water with the right hardness, for industrial use

So I do not need high accuracy, very glad if you share your project

This is one I did for mixing clean and reclaimed solvents on a printing press. It uses a single pulse meter giving 75 pulses per litre. The rest of the program is fairly basic, let me know if you need any more info.
