how to configure the GPIO in the IOT's configuration?

Hello everyone! I'm trying to use the SIMATIC IOT IOT2000 Extension Modules (6ES76470KA010AA2) with an IOT2050 running Node-Red. Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to configure the GPIO in the IOT's configuration. I've tried various setups, but I can't seem to see the input states in Node-Red. Can someone guide me step by step? UPDATE: I'm able to read input, but output doesn't work even if I set DQ0 (D8) and DQ1 (D7) to output mode. What could I check?
