IoT20X0setup command not found

I'm trying to get data from power meter via Modbus RTU, and after looking for days on forum, I see that many people config the X30 COM port with Iot2050setup / Iot2000setup / Switchserialmode. For Iot2050setup / Iot2000setup command, my device show "command not found". I've tried upgraded my firmware to V1.3.1 but the issue still the same. I've also try copy file Iot2050setup.py to /sbin and /bin but still "command not found". I read some where on the forum said that "Switchserialmode" is not stable, and in my case, it does not return any result when i call the command. So, what should I do to configure my X30 COM port for RS485 ?

Unfortunately there is no way to run the iot2050setup command in the Industrial OS. I would recommend you to use the Example Image and to have a look in our Serial Connection Example. As you mentioned the switchserialmode is not really persistent, but if you don't want to switch to the Example Image you should be able to call these commands... IOT2050 Basic: switchserialmode ttyuart -D /dev/ttyS2 -m RS485 IOT2050 Advanced: switchserialmode cp210x -D cp2102n24 -m RS485 -g 1 The only problem is that you need to call these commands with every reboot so you should add this command to an autostart-script. BR
