Hi, I have pressure transmitter 4-20mA output with two wires + and - (danfoss mbs 3000) and I wont to connect it on digital input I8 of Logo oba7. Can you attachment scheme of wiring transmitter and plc and resistor? I already connected to digital input I7, analogue output (0-10v) from ph meter, + to I7 of logo and - to powersupply, Is this properly connected? Thank you ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

You have to wire the sensor as shown in the picture in the attachment. Through the resistor (500 Ω), the current flows from 4 to 20 mA and generates a voltage drop of 2 to 10V at the resistor. This voltage drop can then be measured and evaluated with the analog input 0 to 10V (AI2 at terminal I8). AttachmentPressure.zip (639 Downloads) |

thanks for the help. I made and worked. only the range of scaling is -220 to 980 for 0-10 bar and when the pressure 0 bar in the display reads -2.20 bars. while, for 4 bar correctly displayed in the 4.00 bar display. can anyone help me how to make that when the pressure is 0 bar and show 0 bar on the display Best Regards Attachmentpressure sensor.zip (409 Downloads) |

You have the wrong sensor settings. Your sensor has a measuring range of 0-10 bar and outputs this as 4 to 20 mA. Sensor type: 4 ... 20 mA Attachmentpressure sensor_V2.zip (477 Downloads) |
