Need help in LAD

In Automatic mode -> Every pump have switch LOCAL/REMOTE When switch in REMOTE position, the pump can be started by operator via SCADA. When pump can't achieve setup pressure after some time, activates another pump, until the setup pressure is not reached. The order of activating pumps is doing in the base of woking time (of pump), which is calculate at the moment when the operator reset this time. Every pump have it's working time... If the pump is switched to LOCAL mode, system activates another ready pump. The sequence of activation is: 1. check start conditions - min. level of tank is deactivated - valve is open - one of three pumps confirms is ready 2. When valve is open we starting the pump which satisfy conditions: - in REMOTE position - have the min. working time... 3. When the pump is started, wait time (parameter) to achieve setup pressure, if that pressure not achieved during this time, system need to start second ready pump. Also if the wait time elapsed, need to turn off last started pump. 4. when the pressure achieved, system is idle I have code for starting pump with min working time, but how to realize code to start another pump if pressure is not reached? Please suggest the solutions... Thank's a lot...

System have tank with minimum level sensor. If it activated (ON) all pumps stops. Pipes from every pump are joine to one pipe. On that pipe is hand valve with sensors (OPENED, CLOSED). If valve closed system can't start. Also on that pipe is mounted pressure sensor.

Milosh, Have you written out your project pump activation needs using pseudo code first? If so, perhaps you could share that and we could help convert your pseudo code into working plc logic. If not, it really does seem like you should do that first. It will probably end up solving your entire problem once you fully understand the problem and can describe pseudo code that solves it. The only real difference between PC logic and PLC logic programming is that plc's "scan" inputs that constantly change and order-of-solve problems related to plc scan cycle. Just my opinion.. Pretend it is visual basic or pascal or python or whatever pc language you know. Write it in that language as pseudo code. I think you will surprise yourself how far you will get.

I done code in s7-300 because i can simulate in plcsim... this version can only start pumps in defined conditions... Now, I need suggestion, is this good code? Is that right thinking? How to do stop of pumps in automatic mode? That means to determine last running pump. How? If actual pressure greather than setup pressure turn off last running pump..
