PCS7 creating EMT and isbitset?

In de SFC of this EMT, the status of process value needs to be checked if its TRUE or FALSE. Only when IsBitSet function, it gives statement that not all datatypes can be determined. After that, the white colour background is changed to grey and then you can apply the function.
