Both LEDs are green only at the very first part of the boot, even before the boot devices are checked. Do you have a UART cable? Would be very interesting where the IOT get stuck and what is the output. Best regards!

John_Delbe Member Joined: 1/26/2022 Last visit: 10/16/2024 Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Thanks for your answer. I have an UART cable (use parameter COM3 and 115200 with Putty), the screen is just black. It seems that there is a connection : when i disconnect the cable, there is a message connection lost.

A question: Do you have access to a Dediprog flash programmer? Then we could analyse the problem remotely. Otherwise the device needs to be exchanged via local Siemens repair center. Do you have a local Siemens contact person? Best regards!
