Helmut_13 Posts: 2930 Rating: (432)	Hi, the you are doing something wrong. Please check: + If your LOGO! support high speed counter. Only DC Version of LOGO! support HSC + If you have connected to the riught inputs. Only I3,4,5&6 support counting upto 5kHz + You directly have to connect the HSC-input to a up/downcounter, or a Threshhold trigger. If you have another FB in between it will not work. Programing LOGO! without LOGO! Soft is a pain!!!!

Helmut_13 Posts: 2930 Rating: (432)	Hi, what it the input number on LOGO! where you have connected your signal? Do you have connected the input directly to a counter or a Threshhold trigger, or do you have connected the input to other FB's?

Hi I have logo 8 fs4 12/24 rce model my flow meter marked 264 pulse wiring part meter yellow + red signal black -ve in plc I connected + ve 24 v DC to yellow and red wire from flow meter to plc input I5 and - ve 24 vdc black wire program I used I5 pulse connect to up/down counter on simultion it works ok while on line test pulse signal always on up/ down counter no change then I tried with 10 k resister parallel with +ve and signal I noticed while removing and connected counter reading coming any one can help and sample program Regards Mohamed Rabiudeen

Or tell me how to open this file Dear ahsan1820, have you ever considered using the current output (4-20mA) from your flow transmitter? it probably has that option and would be infinitely simpler ... so if you have an analog input card of course...
