I need help to complete this program. The program need to have at least one pump running when the first two level is true. and the other pumps need to run when more levels is true. Currently i have done writing the program where pump will take turn to run where first time the level is true, first pump will run and the next round it will run the next pump and it continues. I am having problem now to get more pump running when more levels is true, Please help. Thank you in advance,

You have make a hugh programm. Next time you make a programm make it in FBD. Its mor flexible, better to edit, better to understanding etc.

I dont know what you maen with your programm. You have 6 pumps and only 1 On-level switch and one OFF level switch. How must pump2 start?  Then you must have a ON-Level2 switch or you can use a timer.

If pump 1 running 10 minits (example) its not enough, then pump 2 must als strating?

So you can make more, after an other 10 minuts you can start pump3 and so on.

What are the inputs "level L" and "H level"? When is the function, at low signal or high signal?

What are the inputs "Px trip"? When is the function, at low signal or high signal?

I understand that so far so that the shift register selects the primary pump. Correctly?

And the second pump should switch on when? And she shall then be the next after the priority?
Example:
Target pump has the number 3, the second pump would be the number 4, the third would be the number 5 and so on. Correctly?

In your program, but no more steps are listed. Can you tell us more about that?

pity that they do not respond. That is why I once made something out ready on pure conjecture.
The basis was their program. Unfortunately, the first pump is always running because I am aware of no switch-off conditions or.
I once shared both versions, FBD and LD.
Would be nice if you could comment on that yet.

Sorry for the very late reply as i was working with on a different program. 

I have downloaded your program and i saw what you had done. Let me explain in detail about the requirements on my side.

I have total of six pumps in the program. 

There is suppose to be a total of 5 level switches:

1) Cut out level

2) 1st level

3) 2nd level

4) 3rd level

5) 4th level.

It suppose to work based on duty cycle. Meaning when the first the time the first two levels (item 1&2) is true, pump Q1 need to run and the next round when the same combination of levels are true. pump Q2 need to run and this repeats until pump Q6 is reached, when cycle is completed. it have to repeat from pump 1 (Q1). P1 trip till P6 trip is the trip signal. When this signal is true (for an example, if the current duty is duty 1 where pump 1 is running and pump 1 has tripped (so at this point of time, an alternative pump need to be started (example Q2). Each of the pump need to only start running after a delay in level true case or pump trip case. If the trip signal is no more, the alternative pump should stop running and the pump in the duty need to start to run again until the duty is changed. There need to be a maximum of 4 pumps running at at time when all the above levels are true and the other two pumps is to be on standby to be replaced if there i any trip. But under normal sequence (without trip signal) all six pump need to take turn to run.

I once dealt me a little closer to your task and created this program.
Occurs when the current pump a "trip" to the next (error-free) pump is selected by shifting the priority to the rear.
If the number of the pump See by greater than 6, it starts at 1 again. Likewise, when the lowest level or the "Cut off" level be maintained.
If a "trip" has been eliminated, the associated pump can be released again and the priorities to be recalculated by pressing of I6.
If the lowest level or the "Cut off" level below, the same as at I6 is triggered.
