Security Best Practices / Guide Lines IOT2050

As it is not a common Debian distro. SSL(NodeRED), UART, Access, Permissions, FW Can someone tell if he had previously installed an AV or Agent on the OS and if this had some ressources downsides. bergmanu Platinum Member Joined: 4/28/2015 Last visit: 11/5/2024 Posts: 3345 Rating: (379)	Hi, we do not have any security guidline, as there is much out there for standard Debian - this can be used for our Example Image / Industrial OS as well. What is maybe kind of special is disabling the autostart of unused software, like Node-Red or tcf-agent. Therefore call iot2050setup -> Manage Autostart Options and un-check not used software (For Example Image). Industrial OS provides the same functionality with mel-setup -> IOT2050 Service Information about securing Node-Red can be found here. Best regards!
