selection of logo hardware depend of you application design either you want to use logo out puts for on and off some load like lights , pumps, fan, windows actuator  then you can select logo hardware with relay outputs. other side if you want to diming control of light of speed control of vfd with PWM function you should buy transistor output logo hardware

I would propose a Logo 0BA8 12 / 24V.
The normal digital inputs a logo can only process signals with a maximum frequency of 4 Hz. In all Logo based modules, which are designed with pure DC voltage as a supply voltage, have at a 0BA8 four fast Counter inputs, able to process the signals to 5 kHz.
However, the voltage levels for the detection of the high state must be greater than 8.5V, that is, at a maximum voltage level of 5V (TTL level), the logo does not detect a high state.
But they may cause the signal via an optocoupler to the input of the logo.
The valve I would connect via a contactor (coil voltage 24VDC) to the logo output. There are good contactor, which can then also switch 230V.
