The attachment shows the run command which you have working I believe? Now locate P1000:0, this defines where the 'setpoint' comes from, set P1000:0 to 1. Now, locate P702:0, this defines what din2 does, (terminal 9) set this to 13, MOP up. Now locate P703:0, this defines what din3 does, (terminal 10), set this to 14, MOP down. Notes: MOP, this is 'Motor potentiometer'. P702:0, the ':0 bit' of all these parameter numbers provides for different 'control data sets', make all youre settings in ':0' or :000, as this is how it appears on the display. Also: MOP, Motorized Potentiometer, has a few functions which may be useful: P1031:0 = 1, last set point stored, set point memory, here the drive will log the last set point, and go there at start up. (P1031:1 set point not stored). P1032:0 = 1, this inhibits negative set points. P1040:0 = 5Hz, here you can set the set point to which you want the speed to go to at making the run command. Bit of a list here but hoping you pick out the bits which are useful to you, it is useful to a test here before i make all these recommendations, but I do not have a device to test here. Come back if there are any snags with this or any questions arise. AttachmentV20 Control.pptx (358 Downloads) |
