Hello rfond, from the logs you've shared, it appears that the firmware update package you're trying to install is not recognized as compatible with your current device. This may be the reason for the error message "No firmware image could be updated on this board": looking at your sudo cat /etc/os-release output, there is no information about the currently installed example image. Which does your IOT2050 currently have installed? I would also recommend that you strictly follow the documentation attached to this thread. BR |

Hi, looks like you ran apt upgrade somewhen, this removes the example image version in /etc/os-release. The update tool refers on this version information. Either you use another SD card with a fresh Example Image V1.2.1 or you add the line BUILD_ID="V01.02.01" to /etc/os-release. I definitely recommend the first. Best regards! |
Not working for IOT2050 support anymore from March 1st, 2024. |
