Sinumerik 840C PLC-CPU not ready

I have this Sinumerik 840C with this error on it: 43 ORD1 PLC-CPU not ready On the diagnostic menu the code for the error is: 006F 0400 0300 1500 0100 I understand that the error is coming from a DMP module ...module no 15? I have only 2 DMP modules (no2 with the key D and no 3 with the key C and a terminal on it) anyway who is telling the plc to look for the 15 module? where is the configuration for the DMP modules? is in one of the DB's? Thank you!

tanca Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hi all!! I have a Hyundai 18s CNC lathe with 840C. Due a battery failure all NCK/PLC data lost. Executing all indicated secuences for start-up (including initial clear of areas, user files reload form hard disk,etc) a new message appear "43- PLC-CPU not ready".
