You can use an alarm counter tag to adjust the visibility of an alarm window depending on whether an alarm is active. Unfortunately, the system does not provide this type of counter. However, you can achieve this functionality with JavaScript (see the FAQ).

WinCC Unfied works with Screen windows, so you can (and should) create you own screen hierarchie.

for example you can use a fixed startscreen which do not change in Runtime and is always active. In this "Global Screen" you can use screen windows to switsch between Content and  show navigation, header, global popups like alarms and also other dynamic screen items that you need in a global scope.

so you cannot compare this 1:1 to WinCC Comfort/Advanced but you should think about redesignig your screens If you do oot already use a screen hierarchie as mentioned above.

You can of course make a flat structure with only switching the main screen but this will you make not as flexible as with a screen hierarchy
