Hi,

I have a problem with an IOT2050 Basic FS:04, fw_version=2021.04-V01.02.01.08-0. Here is my problem: I have 2 IOT devices working at a client's site for data acquisition. Every week we restart them, and occasionally they do not reconnect, the PWR LED and the STAT LED ist green,but the STAT LED is not blinking. We have to restart them using the RESET button or simply physically unplug them, which is inconvenient because I have to send someone on-site, as I no longer have remote access. Have you found a solution since then? For now, we are considering changing devices for data acquisition.
