I'm having trouble establishing MODBUS communication between mySiemens LOGO!and aMODBUS client (MODBUSMASTER)on my PC.

• MODBUS is enabledunder Access Control (set to "Enabled" or "Unsecure").
• Ethernet settings:I have added a MODBUS server connection.
• I’ve tried setting up the program both indiagram modeand as anetwork project, following various YouTube tutorials.

Current Setup:

• Program Logic:High input → Async Pulse Generator (1s on/off) → Q1 → X1
• LOGO! IP Address:192.168.0.3:502
• MODBUS Mode:TCP
• Unit ID:1
• Function Code:Read Coils (0x01)
• Start Address:8193

I'm currently looking forany signs of communicationbut haven’t seen any response. My goal is to eventually integrate withNode-RED or RapidSCADA, but first, I just want to confirm that MODBUS is working correctly.

I’ll attach screenshots of my setup (I believe I can only upload one at a time, so please bear with me).

The part number on the front is 6ED1052-1MD08-OBA2. 

The firmware is version is 1.84.03

You can try ModbusHD, also note that in Modbus TCP, 1 is subtracted from the register address. You can also try some programs that I uploaded to this forum, which are for testing with Modbus TCP using LOGO! as a server.

I have also used node-red (node-red-contrib-modbus) with LOGO! and have had no problems.
