I am in the process of creating a project in which an industrial computer with installed SCADA software serves as the HMI. The industrial computer is from a manufacturer other than Siemens and runs on Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC. I am looking for a device that can maintain power to the industrial computer and send a shutdown signal to it. Someone suggested the Emergency power supply UPS1600. I would like to ask whether the software for this device will function correctly on industrial computers from manufacturers other than Siemens?

What voltage level do your computer run on?

As you can see in this link to the UPS1600/BAT1100 systems, they provide extended power to 24 VDC  units, eg PLCs.

If you need 120/230VAC UPS, maybe it would be more efficient to source a reputable local vendor of the type of equipment you require, to ensure their help in the design and support of the selected UPS.

You already have a link for the UPS 1600 system manual, you can look up the Specifications section to see details of the required 24 VDC input connections  and see what 24 VDC output power and buffering the different models of the UPS 1600 can offer to your PC.
