No matter what I do in Factory i/o, it won't connect ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from about SIEMENS PLC.

I have tried several times to link Factory I/O with Simatic Manager, but it is still not connecting. I followed the instructions as directed, but it is still not working. I also downloaded a different version, but the problem remains.
