you have two options to access your IOT2050 for this case:

• DisplayPort: Connect a monitor via DisplayPort cable to the IOT2050 and use a keyboard to adjust your boot-settings
• UART Connection: Connect to your IOT2050 via UART cable instead of ssh to get into the u-boot shell (we're using this cable)

Please adjust your boot order following our instructions from the setting up (part 3.3 of the instructions).

Please make sure you are using a matching Example Image to your Firmware Version.

this is strange. Are you using a DP-to-HDMI converter or something similar? If yes it must be active or please use a DP-DP-cable directly into your monitor.

Hey, can you please check your boot_order? and do you have a healthy OS on the emmc or sd card?

Use the commands:

// show boot targets
IOT2050> print boot_targets

// boot specific
IOT2050> run bootcmd_mmc0

// set boot order & save(!)
IOT2050> setenv boot_targets mmc0 mmc1 usb0 usb1 usb2
IOT2050> setenv boot_targets usb0 usb1 usb2 mmc0 mmc1
IOT2050> saveenv

mmc1 = eMMC / mmc0 = SD card / usbx = USB slots

If your system will not start up it seems you have an issue with the image. Please share more logs in this case.
