I'd like to know the order number for the "single license". I didn't find it anywhere! Thanks!

If you are looking for an order number for STEP 7 V5.3 you can find them here: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/18588571 (or italian [;)]) The single license for STEP 7 is called "FLOATING LICENSE", because you can store the license on a server and use it via a network (Have look in the online help of the "Automation License Manager"). But you can also use the license on a local PC as "normal" single license.
