CFormagio Member Joined: 3/23/2022 Last visit: 5/26/2025 Posts: 15 Rating: (0)	Hello all! I was trying to use the DQ0 and the DQ1 from the Input/Output Module with IOT2050 Advanced. The DQ0 is working well, but the DQ1 do not working, it only stay with 0V ou 24V (In PullUp and PullDown configuration), but when i try to set the value from 0 to 24, and 24 to 0 it do not works... I don't know what to do for this works... anyone can plase help me? I Tryied also to change the Module for a new one, but i get the same results. How can i set it correctly?

I used Node RED to write from DQ0 and DQ1 to different DI's. I've tested all different modes available (Strong, Pull-Up, Pull-Down, Hiz) and everything worked fine. What tool do you use to write the DQ's? Have you connected If you use Node RED can you please share your flow? BR

One question, when using the Node-red, shoud i set the Input/Output configuration on the Iot2050setup? Or only in the Node-red is enought? The node node-red configuration i think that is correct, as i can use the DQ0 without problem, to the DQ1 i just change the PIN number (I try all PIN's, but none of then works). I need to make any configuration diferent in the iot2050setup? When i change the PIN configuration from Strong, Pull-Up, Pull-Down, Hiz, and the PIN go from 0 to 24 in each specific case, but i cannot control the output value, it stay static depending on the configuration value...

Please just take a look that i had to change the extension from .json to .txt to upload that, so if are goint to import do you need to change it back. To measure that, i was using a mutimeter. You created an inject (1/0) to all Pins (0-19). Have you considered the pin occupancy for the IOT2050 I/O Module? DI0 \| PIN12 DI1 \| PIN11 DI2 \| PIN10 DI3 \| PIN9 DI4 \| PIN4 DQ0 \| PIN8 DQ1 \| PIN7 So you should only inject this signal (1/0) to the DQ's 0 & 1 on Pin 7 & 8. The easiest way to test the functionality is to connect these DQ's to an DI on the board and to catch the signal in Rising & Falling Mode ("Both"). In my example I've connected DQ1 (PIN7) with DI0 (PIN12) and configured Interrupt to "Both". Please try the following flow. You should be able to catch a signal from the DQ's on PIN in cyclic change every 3 seconds. I’m still a bit confused about my system, though. Just so you know, I tried manually applying the same configuration you sent me, but it didn’t work. However, when I imported the code you provided, it worked perfectly. I’ve reviewed my manual setup multiple times to ensure I wasn’t making a mistake, but for some reason, it only works when I import the nodes. Thanks again for your support!
