PC Adapter USB Siemens 6ES7972-0CB20-0XA0 V1.3

I write in the opportunity to comment that I was in a start-up using my PC Adapter USB Siemens
6ES7972-0CB20-0XA0 V1.3; it was working fine, I made a backup of a program of a PLC S7 300 and suddenly it stops communicating.

Now no PC recognizes it. It has lost its original configuration; every time you inserted it into the USB it says it is an unrecognizable device.

I have opened it and electronically it is fine. I think somehow the USB settings have been lost.

Is there or is there a way to repair it and reload the factory data so that it can communicate again.

I have tried to install the firmware again (V1.3), but as the USB port does not recognize it, it is not possible, is there any way that this equipment can be reprogrammed so to speak ?.

Imagine in full start-up, I have had problems with the Adpater PC, since no laptop is recognizing it, I think the Adpater PC has been damaged.

At first I thought it was Windows 10 that had made an update, but when testing the adapter on other computers it generates the same error.

Do you know of someone, where can I send to repair the PC Adapter USB Siemens
