Here i have the same issue.

I´m triying to connect via powerconfig v3.16 HF1 software.

When going on line. i´ve received a error message

"unknow order number" for each connecion i´ve tried, the same answer from the software.

I´ve tested the devide with modscan at ID:126 at 19200 8N2 and get valid responses. 

So this is showing that the device is responding at the default MODBUS Address.

But can update firmware nor library.

Always get the same result . "unknow order number".

Any ideas?
