I am using Siemens IM 155-6 PN ST V4.2 in NON-Siemens environment (imported GSDML file) and one of modules in node is Siwarex WP321 7MH4 138-6AA00-0BA0.

I don't have access to fancy Siemens functions so I need other way to read weight from load cell. There are 16 bytes of inputs and outputs grouped as 8 input integers and 8 output integers. There is something on these memory locations that I can read, and some numbers change but it's difficult to understand them without any documentation.

Does anybody know what is what in that IO configuration? Photo attached...

What do exactly byte 0 1 2 3 in input?

And about the output? The description of all the signals?

I cannot find any documentation that explain how to use these signals, and the fb provided by siemens is protected and has vero large dimension.

In co ordination there some bit for transfer the selected command code.

In the Co ordination you can find at the

Bit 0.0 the life bit

Bit 0.4 data sended

Bit 0.5 is always true

I hope someone can explain how to manage correctly this bit

The problem is that siemens provider you a FBWP321 protected by password, if you want to customize the software you can't!

I made some trace on the coordination and command code and i unterstand how to send the commando without the siemens's FB. 

For my point of view is better have ever all the cyclic data echange and the relative description.

CoordinationOut.%x0.4 is the bit for send the data record

When this bit is high you have to wait the response in the bit CoordinationIn.%x0.3 and then you can send from wrrec the parameters to the module, when wrrec finish you can turn off coordinationout.%x0.4.

For the service command you to set the cmd code (1=service mode on, 2= servide mod off.. etc) and set bit coordinationOut.%x0.5 then you have to wait the response from the bit Coordination.%x0.4 and you transfer correctly the service command and set false coordinationout.%x0.5.

Is not really complicate, why have i to use the fb siemens if its locked?
