Some DLL files error when the siematic manager starting with PCS7

Hosun Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Hello I have some problem whenever i start siematic manager v5.3 with PCS7 v6.1 after PCS7 V6.1 installing. When i start it, it shows me some error messages. the messages are the following. 1. "One or more objects a type cannot be represented. Server P7vrpromx.dll for P7VR_RESOFF_CT objects could be not be loaded" 2. "One or more objects a type cannot be represented. Server P7vrcomx.dll for P7VR_SRCCNT_CT objects could be not be loaded" 3. "One or more objects a type cannot be represented. Server P7vrislx.dll for _U7T_USD_VIRT_ETER_CT objects could be not be loaded" How can i remove this error? What is the reason? Thank you

I already read the faq which you answer me. but, it descripes just some error meassages. which software package should i reinstall now?. because my error messages are different from the faq. I don't want to reinstall all. because it takes too long time on cat system. Let me know, If anyone knows this message or have a document for 275:5 error..

From my personal experience I can tell you that non of my customers who tried it out have managed to install PCS 7 on a CAT system even when logged on as "Open User". PCS 7 is not designed to run on CAT. I assume that you want to use PCS 7 on your Office PC or laptop for customer presentation reasons and not for real plant engineering. For presentation purposes of the PCS 7 system I recommend to install VMWare on your Office PC (talk to your pc infrastructure staff about VM install settings). Then install PCS 7 6.1 on a virtual machine. Real plant engineering should never be done on a Office PC. =================================== Notes on FAQ 18832840: This only valid for a Step7 system and not for PCS 7! PCS 7 does not support deinstallation/reinstallation without hard disk formatting. See you PCS 7 6.1 readme for this issue: *1.4.2.1 Notes about Software Installation* Please use the Update function for already installed PCS 7 Software V6.0.x (see Dialog box "Type of Setup": Install / Update). You should only remove the PCS 7 software using the PCS 7 uninstall function. After the PCS 7 software is removed, the hard disk needs to be formatted and the operating system installed again or an appropriate disk image needs to be copied to the disk before the PCS 7 software can be installed again. =================================== regard -Freddy- [8)]

Fortunately, after deinstalling DRIVE-ES software, All error messages gone. and then i reinstall them again. Now, I'm using PCS7 v6.1 under cat system on Windows XP. ( When i install SQL server,I had no any problem). everything is working well. I don't know exactly. but, i think that P7vrXXX.dlls are accosiated with DRIVE-ES. When i opened old project, it seems that old project has some optional packages as you said. I just wonder that how i know that defined constants such as "P7VR_STRUCT_CT", "_U7T_USD_VIRT_ETER_CT" and so on. What does this means? i could not found on Help system.
