3. AI 2xU/I 2-/4-wire HF:6ES7 134-6HB00-0CA1  need firmware Version V2.1

4.CM PtP:6ES7 137-6AA01-0BA0  need firmware Version V2.1

I only found the firmware version you wanted for the first reference. For the rest, it seems that either the version you indicate is not there or that I have not been able to find it. Anyway, for all of them, I share the corresponding link to their firmware update.
