I have a strange behaviour in a plant with about 40 IP classic PXC controllers (all in the same IP segment), when I try to connect using VPN client(Forticlient). I had setting up one PXC controller with FDT service, and if I connect with one  PX with the firmware version 6.00.030 the PX goes online, but if I try to connect with one PX with firmware version 6.30.026  I'm not able to goes online.

The Desigo CC system is inside the same IP segment of the PX and works perfectly.

I'm wondering if the problem could be the firmware version, because before I made the upgrade of the firmware, everything works in the right way. Maybe I have to ask for open different service or different port on the customer firewall?

We have the same isues with some PXC controllers. Last week I found this document in this forum about changes in behaviour with bbmd/fdt communication. The solution in the document is changing the VPN firewall with all the IP adresses of all controllers to pass firewall. You have to contact the IT and ask them for this change. We are having difficulties to get the firewall more open.
