Hello Mehdi; Another way to find out the addressing area of different S7-400 CPUs is to look at some S7-400 catalogs of brochures, where you can browse the required information and compare the different models available. I have prepared a screeshot based on the information in this document (from 2017): https://www.automation.siemens.com/w2/efiles/pcs7/pdf/76/ST400_2017_en_Web.pdf The address area is defined in kb of memory, where 1kb (of addresses) correspond to 1024 individual I/O address in the process image. A CPU 414-... can easily manage the 5000 I/Os you need in your project, with much to spare. Hope this helps, |
