i am using IO redundant in my PLC 412-5H, after i read all forum thread about configuration for IO redundant, i create 2 area PIP, PIP 1 for AI and DI and PIP 2 for DO, PIP 1 called in OB 35(100ms) and PIP 2 called in OB 36 (200ms), then in OB 35 call FB450 (RED_IN) and OB36 call FB451, isn't true  like this or not? 

talk about the program, must i include the two address of redundant I/O and create "and" program for that address, example the DI 1 from 0 to 1  DI 2 from 2 to 3 address, so if i want read channel 0 so i must add two address in my program the address I0.0 and I2.0, or i can use one only address?

and last thing i create in OB100 call FC450 (RED_INIT)  must i call this FC in OB1 too?

At first please take alook at S7-400H SIMATIC Fault-tolerant systems  manual,chapter 13 (use i/o s in s7-400h), section 13.4 ( connecting redundant i/o to profibus interface)  , page 177( using blocks) for detail information.

Also you will find this:

"To be able to address redundant modules using process image partitions in cyclic interrupts, the relevant process image partition must be assigned to this pair of modules and to the cyclic interrupt. Call FB 450 "RED_IN" in this cyclic interrupt before you call the user program. Call FB 451 "RED_OUT" in this cyclic interrupt after you call the user program. The valid values that can be processed by the user program are always located at the lower address of both redundant modules. This means that only the lower address can be used for the application; the values of the higher address are not relevant for the application."

So you must use the lower address.

so if i have 2 DI module with redundant config then module 1 from 0 - 1 address and module 2 from 2 - 3 address, then i always read the address from 0 - 1 only in my user program this is true?
