Dear Team, One of our running CPU's suddenly got to STOP mode as Cycle time exceeded 6000ms. When checked found problems in OB80, OB30 to OB35. Hereby are the Diagnostic Buffer results: [snip] After approx 08mins of the CPU restart complete process on resuming the production the CPU resulted in non-functionality for 43s and the whole production process got stucked. Now the CPU is running normal with EXTF but the CPU non-functionality is undetected. CPU Scan cycle priority screenshot has been attached for reference. Please help me to get a corrected action for sorting out the issue. Regards OmKris AttachmentFiles.zip (490 Downloads) |

Dear User, Cycle time more than 6s is a serious error. Check the user program again in a simulating environment, check the program in all cyclic interrupts (OB3X) for loops or extensive calculation. You can simply find out if any programming error happens. Including error OBs in CPU is beneficial always. You may increase the execution rate of OB3x and change their priority to alleviate the problem. If all these points would not help you , I suggest using :
I hope it helps, hdhosseini |
